A. Voice and Audio Data
To provide real-time speech recognition and audio interpretation services, the App accesses your device's microphone and processes voice inputs. Audio buffers are processed on-device and/or transmitted securely to third-party interpretation processing services to generate interpretations.

B. Usage and Diagnostic Data
We may collect non-personal device information, such as device model, operating system version, app crash logs, and performance metrics, to help us debug and optimize app functionality.

C. Advertising and Tracking Data (Google AdMob)
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. If you grant permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and use advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA) to serve personalized ads tailored to your interests.

If you decline tracking permission, you will still see advertisements, but they will be non-personalized (contextual).

D. Local Conversation Records
The App saves your recent interpretations locally on your device ("Conversation Records") so you can review them later. This history remains stored strictly on your local device storage and is not synced to external servers or sold to third parties.

  • Speech Recognition (NSSpeechRecognitionUsageDescription): Required to convert spoken audio into text using system speech services.
  • User Tracking (NSUserTrackingUsageDescription): Requested to deliver personalized advertisements via Google AdMob.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide speech-to-text, interpretation, and text-to-speech features.
  • Maintain a local history log on your device for your personal reference.
  • Serve contextual or personalized advertisements.
  • Maintain, analyze, and improve app stability and performance.

We do not sell your personal data. Audio recordings are processed transiently for real-time interpretation and are not permanently stored on external servers by us. Your local Conversation Records remain stored on your device until you manually delete them or uninstall the App. We employ standard technical safeguards to protect transient data transmission.

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Managing Tracking & Permissions

You can change or revoke permissions at any time through your iOS device settings:

  • Microphone / Speech Recognition: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone / Speech Recognition.
  • App Tracking: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to manage app-specific tracking choices.
  • Conversation Records: You can clear or delete your local Conversation Records anytime directly within the App settings/Conversation Records screen.

8. Data Retention & User Rights

Because your Conversation Records are stored locally on your device, you can permanently erase all recorded data at any time by clearing your Conversation Records in the App settings or on the Conversation Records screen or uninstalling the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Apple EULA

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict, these custom Terms shall govern. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides speech recognition, machine interpretation, text-to-speech, and local Conversation Records storage features. The App is provided "as-is" for informational and communication purposes.

3. Usage, Permissions & Local Storage

  • You must grant access to the device Microphone and Speech Recognition to use audio interpretation capabilities.
  • Conversation Records are stored locally on your device for convenience. You are responsible for managing or clearing your local data if you share your device.
  • You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer its components, or use it for illegal activities.

4. Third-Party Ads & Tracking

The App serves advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process identifiers in accordance with your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) selection. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party advertisers.

5. Interpretation Accuracy & Disclaimer

Automated interpretations are powered by machine learning algorithms and third-party APIs. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, reliability, or correctness of interpretations. The App should not be solely relied upon for legal, medical, safety-critical, or high-stakes communications.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, code, UI design, trademarks, and content associated with the App remain our exclusive property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the App or its underlying API services at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
